Jako, born as Jaclyn Dardarian, is a House Music DJ, Producer, Vocalist, and Writer with an eclectic twist. The California native has been a DJ for nearly a decade.

 

"I have always had a love for music. When I was a kid, I always wanted to be in a band. Something about performing live on stage excited me. I never thought of being a DJ or having a career in music until a friend, who had been managing a pop artist in my hometown, suggested I try DJing. I gave it a shot and fell in love."

A few years later, I started producing my own music. In 2020, my debut single 'Jak Shit Crazy' was released on Deep N Heat Records. Soon after, I had releases on Brooklyn Fire and two Insomniac sub-labels, Teethy and Discovery Project. I also have several self-releases on my own record label, Love Out Loud Records.

I have been the main support DJ for Cash Cash, Chapter & Verse, Matoda, J Worra, Sam Divine, LP Giobi, Deorro, and Drezo, just to name a few. I have played coast to coast at nightclubs such as Academy in LA, TIME in Orange County CA, SpyBar Chicago, DARE in Hollywood FL, and 787 in Puerto Rico. I was also a resident DJ at Discopussy and Commonwealth in Las Vegas. This year, I finally played at EDC 2023!

Jako always brings fun and energy to every live set. Whether she's playing at large clubs, small venues, or in her home studio, you can't help but dance. She's very excited and eager about her bright future. No matter what happens, she will always be 'Jak Shit Crazy' in the most fun and authentic way!
